Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.) is required.

• For hygiene reasons, used jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note: Products that show signs of wear, scratches, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

2. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for size or style changes, provided the item is unused and in resellable condition.
